Christina M. Forst

Christina Forst


Christina Forst’s practice focuses on public entities and employment claims defense. She is admitted to practice in California as well as in the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. Ms. Forst is a graduate of Pacific McGeorge School of Law and Santa Clara University.

While in law school, Ms. Forst was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, participating in two moot court competitions and winning a regional award for brief writing. Ms. Forst also served as a legal intern in the Department of Fair Employment and Housing in Elk Grove, California, where she received incoming discrimination complaints, interviewed witnesses, evaluated complaints, conducted mediations, and was responsible for successfully closing multiple complaint files. In her final year of law school, Ms. Forst received a Deans List Scholarship Award.

Ms. Forst is a certified mediator, successfully completing a 40-hour course in May 2015. She is also a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and Phi Alpha Theta.
